Baylee grew up in Erie, MI on the Lost Peninsula. She is an avid boater, dog mom, and Oakland Raiders fan. Passionate about disability rights and employment law, she chose to write her Comment on COVID-19's impact on the right to telework as a reasonable accommodation under the ADA. She hopes to become a litigator and educate people on forward-thinking business and employment practices.
